AL Nuboogh Co., Ltd. for General Trading was founded in Baghdad in 1979, at a time when Iraq's air-conditioning and refrigeration market relied heavily on informal, fragmented supply chains. Nearly five decades later, Nuboogh has grown into one of the country's most established names in HVAC, appliance, and industrial parts distribution.

Today, Nuboogh is the exclusive Iraqi agent for five internationally recognized brands — Ariston, Thermowatt, Panasonic, LG Korea Compressor, and Climalife — and distributes roughly 30 brands in total, spanning air-conditioning and refrigeration compressors, refrigerant gas, water heaters, washing-machine parts, automobile and motorcycle AC parts, and sewing machines.

Headquartered in Baghdad, with branches across the city and offices in Erbil and Dubai, Nuboogh's reach now extends across Iraq and into the wider region — supported by a sourcing office in Yiwu, China, that connects the company directly to international manufacturers.
