1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us: your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a request-for-quote (RFQ) or other inquiry through our lead forms; and, if you register a job-applicant account, your name, email address, password, uploaded CV file or CV text, work experience, and education history.
We also use two cookies to operate the site: a locale-preference cookie ("nuboogh_locale," stored for one year) that remembers whether you're browsing in English, Arabic, or Kurdish, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you use an account (a customer inquiry session lasts up to two hours; an administrator session lasts up to one hour). Neither cookie is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use your information
We use RFQ and inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare quotes. We use job-applicant data to process your application, communicate with you about it, and (if you consent) retain it for future openings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. CV and document security
Any CV file you upload is automatically scanned for malware before it is stored. Files that fail this scan are rejected and are not saved to our systems.
4. Third-party services
We do not currently share visitor data with any third-party service beyond our own hosting infrastructure. If we activate live chat support on this site in the future, visitor identity information (such as name and email, where you've provided it) may be shared with our live-chat provider as a data processor acting on our behalf — and only after you've given cookie consent for that feature. This policy will be updated, and the cookie-consent banner will reflect this, before that feature goes live.
5. Data retention
We retain job-applicant data, including CVs, for 12 months from the date of application, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted unless you have an active application or have separately consented to a longer retention period. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Where your data is hosted
Our website and its data are hosted on infrastructure we operate through our web hosting provider. We do not currently restrict where this hosting is located beyond our provider's own data center; if this changes, we will update this policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us through our Contact page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in effect is always the one published on this page.
9. Contact us
For any privacy question or request, please reach us through the Contact page on this website.
