About the role
Nuboogh is looking for an experienced HVAC Field Technician to join our Baghdad team. You'll install, service, and troubleshoot air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment for our commercial and residential customers across the city, working with the compressors, refrigerant gas, and spare parts we distribute every day.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role — you'll be the face of Nuboogh at the job site, so reliability and clear communication with customers matter as much as technical skill.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience
- Familiarity with common refrigerant types and safe handling procedures
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites across Baghdad
- Basic English literacy for reading technical manuals; Arabic fluency required
- A steady, methodical approach to diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
