Description
This RTS PLUS thermostat from Thermowatt is a bipolar-safety rod-type immersion thermostat for electric water heaters, with a brass sensing rod fitted to a blue-grey thermoplastic control head with white trim. The head is embossed 'BIPOLAR SAFETY,' 'PATENTED, MADE IN ITALY,' 'TYPE RTS PLUS,' and a '16A 250V~' rating, and carries a red rotary dial, a wiring diagram, and the THERMOWATT brand plate. It mounts through the heater flange with the rod extending into the tank to sense and control water temperature.
